Are you looking to be part of a fast-paced, small team in a fast-growing manufacturing company? We are looking to grow our engineering technician team to help on board and support our growing customer needs.

Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all wire our customers wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology, and food equipment, just to name a few.

From the start in 1973, Elektro Assemblies brings your prints to life by offering initial builds and production runs, with supreme quality and delivery. We are here to serve our customers and their needs. There's no wire too small or harness too large, that we can't produce for our customers.

We are looking for a self-directed ambitious team member that wants to be part of a high performance engineering team, that can utilize their skills to contribute to the growth of the business!!

Qualities needed to be successful in this role would include :

• Ability to read and interpret customer prints and diagrams.
• Create new item masters, BOMs, Routings, quotes, and product specifications.
• Document and build new parts or revisions in a timely manner to help grow the business.
• Ensure changes are documented, filed, and communicated to all related departments.
• Must be hands on and mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and fix equipment as needed
• Participate in all process areas to ensure the end-to-end quality of the manufacturing.
• Assist in processing Engineering Change Requests.
