Role Roadmap

We are looking for an outlier Visual Designer / Graphic Designer to help elevate our brand, define our visual identity, and create visual assets for all facets of our marketing function, from social media to OOH campaign. You will own crafting beautiful and impactful visuals to tell our company’s story and deliver a powerful message to people. We want people to look at Kalshi’s brand identity and feel something strong, and we want you to build that.

If you are a strategic thinker, you deeply care for our craft, and you have a track record of developing delightful visual experiences, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

Rapid prototyping and iteration : try new things and experiment aggressively to help achieve growth and product goals.Performance Design : apply a data-driven approach to develop and iterate on creatives that will maximize engagement and conversions on our paid growth channels.Brand Cop : enforce brand consistency across all departments while pushing for rapid innovation.

NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure :

Salary Range : $120,000 to $220,000 annually plus equity and benefits.

This salary range is based on the current available market data and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but a broad range of experience is represented within roles. Should you have compensation expectations that exceed these bands, we'd still love to hear from you.
