Position Summary

The Payroll Specialist role involves processing client payrolls, supporting clients and training on payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process client payrolls accurately and efficiently
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Train clients on payroll software and HR-related topics
• Assist with quarterly and year-end processing and reports
• Support agency form completion (e.g., unemployment, child support, workers' compensation)
• Ensure overall client satisfaction through proactive support
• Stay up-to-date on payroll legislation and product updates
• Contribute to additional projects as assigned by management
