Professional Profile :
Professional with experience in operational leadership, site administration, and team management. Strong ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, and with negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Must have proven experience in operations at Miami Airport (MIA)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate all operations within the airport location.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), revenue, schedules, and quality of service.
- Maintain relationships with airport authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead the team of supervisors and staff, including training and performance reviews.
- Handle VIP client issues, agency requests, or airline-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with safety, biosecurity, and access protocols.
- Guarantee the daily functionality of services such as front desk, cleaning, and logistics.
- Prepare regular reports for the general management and suggest process improvements.
