We are looking for a Scheduler with 5+ years of experience to support a client in the life science space in Foster City, CA. The ideal candidate is proficient in Primavera P6 and has supported life science projects as a Scheduler.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Manage the development of critical monthly progress reports.
• Participate in design verifications and construction site walks.
• Support efforts to collect, integrate and report key project data.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
• Overview clients schedules for as-planned schedule validation, labor productivity, critical path delay and acceleration.
• Development of risk management plan, using crystal ball, PRA.
• Manage resource and cost loading of schedules.
• Contributes to and monitors scope control, change management and associated implications to project cost and scheduling, escalating when appropriate.
• Provides mentorship to Scheduler I Team Members.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Knowledge & Skills Required :

Preferred Education and Experience :

Education : BS in Construction Management or Engineering, PSP certification preferred

Experience : 3-5 years exp in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer, PSP certification preferred

The salary range for this full-time role is $107,400.00-$143,200.02 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidates experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
