Overview

Insight Global is looking for a Sr Product Engineer to join a leading semiconductor client in Plano, TX. This individual will be responsible for the new product development and production releasing and supporting of power management integrated circuits (IC) products. This position requires a motivated and flexible individual with extensive power management integrated circuit product development experience and knowledge of wafer fabrication, assembly, qualifications, and production ATE test of ICs.

Base pay range

$125,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Lead new semiconductor IC development flow (design, fabrication, qualifications, assembly, and test) for power management ICs.
• Support production release and ongoing production activities, including qualification and test across wafer fabrication, assembly, and ATE testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
