A company is looking for an Executive Support Tier 3 Technician to provide advanced technical support for C-level executives and high-profile users.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level IT support to executives, addressing complex technical issues across various systems
Act as the final escalation point for unresolved technical problems, ensuring timely solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex issues and support enterprise initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a Tier 3 or senior executive support role
Advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, and mobile device platforms
Experience with AV systems and remote troubleshooting in various environments
High level of discretion, professionalism, and customer service orientation
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or CompTIA are strongly preferred
