What You'll Do :

We're looking for a Vice President of Retention to lead the strategy, programs, and cross-functional execution that keeps our customers coming back. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Growth, this role is responsible for scaling retention channels, increasing customer LTV and repeat behavior, strengthening loyalty through CRM, lifecycle marketing, post-purchase experiences, subscriptions, and beyond.

Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive customer retention strategy grounded in BRUNT's values and customer-first ethos.
• Build a best-in-class retention engine across email, SMS, loyalty, referral, repeat purchase journeys, winbacks, subscriptions, post-purchase, and transactional experiences.
• Define KPIs across retention and loyalty programs; own measurement and modeling for key metrics such as LTV, repeat rate, churn, engagement, and CLV to CAC ratio.
