A day in the life
- Serve as the welcoming point of contact across phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through next steps with confidence.
- Share accurate, easy-to-understand information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve concerns with patience, professionalism, and empathy—turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Record every interaction and resolution thoroughly so details are clear and follow-up is seamless.
- Partner with teammates to streamline processes and elevate customer satisfaction across the board.
- Stay current on our offerings, policies, and customer service best practices.
- Support onboarding and mentor new team members when needed.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus).Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A customer-first approach paired with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time well.Comfort using customer service software and Microsoft Office.A positive, team-focused attitude with a desire to learn.Why this role matters
