Position Summary : The Title Supervisor is responsible for managing the Title Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of titles and Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) documents for all new and used truck sales. This role emphasizes team leadership, process adherence, and operational excellence. The Title Supervisor will collaborate with the Title Manager to support compliance, reporting, and business objectives but will focus on the operational execution of title processing.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
Experience with software programs lnfor M3, Salesforce, Docuware, and Microsoft Power Bl Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Automotive Management, or related field. Advanced knowledge of multi-state vehicle titling and registration processes. Experience working with electronic title and registration systems Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop team members. Familiarity with dealership operations and finance / lienholder requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving complex title discrepancies. Experience with compliance audits and maintaining regulatory standards.
Working Conditions :
Primarily office-based in a dealership, finance office, or centralized processing center. May involve occasional visits to DMV offices or related agencies. Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday. May require extended hours or weekends during peak periods or month-end deadlines. Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail. Frequent interaction with customers, internal teams, dealerships, lenders, and state agencies. Handling of sensitive and confidential customer and financial information. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Occasional lifting of files or office supplies (up to 20 lbs).
