What You'll Do :
- Coordinate employee leaves of absence from start to finish.
- Clearly explain leave policies and procedures (including FMLA and ADA) to employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential leave records.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with employees and managers regarding leave statuses.
- Collaborate closely with a close-knit and supportive HR team.
What You'll Bring :
Familiarity with FMLA and ADA regulations (or a strong desire to learn and grow in this area!).Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and positively in a team setting.Just out of school? Team : You'll be part of a collaborative, close-knit, and supportive 5-person HR team.Work Schedule : This role offers a flexible work schedule, approximately 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM.Hybrid Model : After initial comprehensive training (which will involve more onsite days), you'll enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 2 days in the office. You'll have the flexibility to choose which two days you prefer to be onsite.Office Relocation : Please note our office will be relocating on July 24th, 2025 , from 167 Point Street (02903) to 15 LaSalle Square (02903) , both within Providence.Management : You'll work with a very flexible, pleasant, and accommodating Hiring Manager who has a proven track record of successfully mentoring new graduates in this role.J-18808-Ljbffr
