Call businesses to set meetings for licensed brokers - lots of cold calls! Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling goals. Manage daily tasks in Salesforce. Set follow-up tasks for prospective clients. Handwritten cards to prospects. Setting up work comp analysis for the broker. General broker support - think administrative tasks. Sales Experience - Highly Preferred! Proven track record - Quota and goal achievements. Account Management Experience - Ability to provide a high degree of major account management and control. Strong Interpersonal Skills - Written and verbal communication proficiencies. Team Player - You excel in a team-oriented atmosphere. - These events include company functions, training sessions, and sales meetings.
- The ideal candidate will exhibit a willingness to attend our in-person company events on occasion.
