Gamma Vacuum, a member of the Atlas Copco Group, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team in Shakopee, Minnesota . As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the engineering department, ensuring the successful development, implementation, and optimization of product manufacturing processes. This position shall support Gamma in its next development step becoming the leading Ultra-High-Vacuum company on the market. This position involves managing a diverse team of engineers, including Electrical Engineers, R&D Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Software Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The Engineering Manager will provide technical expertise, particularly in electrical engineering, and ensure that all engineering activities comply with industry standards and regulations. They will be responsible for driving process improvements, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing operations. Additionally, the role includes strategic planning, innovation, and customer interaction to deliver superior solutions and drive the company's engineering efforts forward.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations

• Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers, including Electrical Engineers, R&D Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Software Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers.
