Executive Administrative Assistant
As an Executive Admin, you will serve as the critical support and executive partner, ensuring the effective management of priorities and tasks. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining documents, presentations, and action plans, as well as scheduling and coordinating meetings. You will also manage complex calendar scheduling and travel arrangements, acting as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Your role will involve administrative operations such as processing expense reports and supporting internal team events.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
