Key Responsibilities
Directly manage a team of account managers to achieve monthly goals
Define standards for customer engagement and oversee outbound prospecting and deal closing

Required Qualifications
5+ years of management experience in quota carrying roles (Sales or Account Management)
1+ years of second-line management experience
Proven track record of team quota attainment through new business or cross sales
High integrity and passion for creating meaningful impact for customers and teammates
