Position Summary :

  • The Project Manager orchestrates and oversees the execution of building and remodeling projects by planning, directing, and coordinating all activities through the Production Team in consultation with the Production Manager and supported by the Project Developer and Design.
  • The Project Manager supervises projects from beginning to end , ensuring completion within time and budgetary constraints.
  • The Project Manager is the primary on-site contact for the client , communicating consistently to ensure client satisfaction and responding regularly to client questions.
  • The Project Manager coordinates the jobsite team, including trade partners, and is responsible for quality control and work site safety.
  • The Project Manager may perform limited carpentry and other construction labor as needed to accomplish project objectives. Multiple projects will be overseen by the Project Manager concurrently.

This position supervises all Penn labor on projects under their domain, which may include :

  • Reviewing and approving time records.
  • Reviewing and approving time-off requests.
  • Managing performance; assisting in or recommending training / professional development.
  • Teaching construction-related methods and / or techniques and safety.
