As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Control in Franklin, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. Saturday : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM
Sunday : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies.Assist with security-related procedures and protocols to help maintain a secure environment in the manufacturing and industrial location.Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and offering guidance to employees, visitors, and contractors.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Document observations and incidents in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and concerns as they arise.What We're Looking For :
