Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of client experience marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the regional marketing team to develop strategies for client retention and expansion
Manage brand awareness activities and support regional event marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of B2B marketing experience in employee benefits, insurance, human resources, or financial services
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs through integrated and digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and enhancing client experiences
Experience with various digital and design platforms, including social media and marketing automation tools
