CPA Licensed Accounting Supervisor

A company is looking for a HCS Supervisor, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger and cost accounting

Manage program and project assignments, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with leadership

Lead and develop team members while aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience

Five years of accounting experience with complex financial analysis and reporting (or two years with a Master's degree)

CPA certification preferred

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations
