This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling AI automation platform business who partners with SMEs to enterprise organizations across many consumer industries. The aim of the product is to make customers life as simple as possible, without the tedious requirement of experienced specialists to build workflow automations, giving freedom to customers and driving their productivity.
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be the first leading marketeer to help drive customer acquisition, experiment with new market channels and harness analytics and KPIs to optimize the customer lifecycle. Even though a younger business, they have done exceedingly well in securing some of the top consumer brand names, and this role will be integral in leading new customer growth and identifying new ways they can get in front of the right businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Craft and execute data-driven marketing strategies designed to boost brand recognition and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and content marketing.
- Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to spot growth opportunities and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure productive resource allocation for optimal return on investment.
Key Requirements :
Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position in growth marketing or a similar field, showcasing a history of successful campaigns with measurable outcomes for product led / AI tool start-ups.Strong analytical capabilities, able to draw insights from data to inform strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across various teams.Proficient in a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, Paid, Organic, social media and product marketing.A creative mindset with enthusiasm for innovation and enhancing user engagement.Must have worked for an early-stage Founder led business in the past and be comfortable with being hands on prior to building out a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
