Visionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Technical Support Specialist - Residential . This full-time position will join the team at Visionary Broadband, one of the top internet service providers in the Rocky Mountain region. This is not a remote position; we are only considering candidates who currently reside in areas where Visionary Broadband has an office.
Job Overview
As a Technical Support Specialist – Residential, you will provide support for our residential customers via a call queue. Key duties include answering calls, creating and managing support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, escalating cases as needed, and creating repair jobs to dispatch field technicians.
A successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's network and customer database and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
Schedule
This position has four 10-hour shifts. We are looking for someone to fill a closing shift, Saturday - Tuesday 11 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 PM.
