Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in retail HR . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a retail environment , with a proven ability to lead HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage HR operations across multiple retail locations
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees
