A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Communities) to identify and solicit new business.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels
Research and identify leads aligned with ideal customer profiles
Manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of SDR or Outbound Sales experience
Professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette
Ability to balance creativity and adaptability
A competitive spirit in a metrics-driven environment
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
