Summary :
Intech Anchoring is seeking a motivated Inside BDR to drive early-stage business development by identifying and qualifying leads, and supporting ongoing outreach campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a technical sales environment.

$50,000-$60,000 base pay + commission / bonus structure
$90,000-$120,000 1st year average total compensation
