The Maintenance & Safety Manager will be responsible for managing all facility maintenance operations and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all production equipment, welding operations, systems, and infrastructure operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. The position requires strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to improving safety performance, reducing downtime, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily maintenance operations.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical systems, electrical controls, and production equipment.
• Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, preventive tasks, and parts inventory.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies and programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training for employees.

This position will be working on-site at the North Aurora location. Hours are 7am-4pm.
