Job Summary :

The Community Engagement & Lab Associate is a hybrid role that blends outreach with operations. In this position, you’ll be the face of Evolve in the community—visiting local businesses we’ve connected with, introducing them to our wellness offerings, building partnerships and running events. Once our lab opens, you’ll also support day-to-day operations as a Lab Tech, helping members access modalities like cold plunges, saunas, and red-light therapy.

This is an ideal role for someone energetic, personable, and motivated to grow in wellness and marketing. A marketing background or interest is a strong plus.

This is a commission based role. Having a background in sales is not a requirement but will be beneficial.

Responsibilities :

Community Engagement ("Street Team")

Visit local businesses, gyms, and wellness spaces we’ve identified, introducing them to Evolve.

Support partnership events, “Evolve Takeovers,” and community outreach initiatives.

Represent Evolve at local events (health fairs, 5Ks, expos, etc.).

Track outreach metrics and report to leadership weekly.

Lab Tech (Post-Opening)

Greet members and guide them through services like cold plunges, saunas, and red-light therapy.

Ensure equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Support day-to-day operations, member check-ins, and customer service.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in face-to-face conversations.

Comfortable visiting businesses and engaging decision-makers.

Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage outreach goals and in-lab responsibilities.

Interest in wellness and personal growth.

Availability for occasional evenings / weekends for events.

Bonus Qualifications

Marketing or sales background.

Experience in fitness, wellness, or customer-facing roles.

Familiarity with social media or event coordination.

Work Schedule

Part-time and full-time options avalible.

Transition to include lab hours once the Round Rock facility opens.

Flexible scheduling with some evenings / weekends.
