TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team in Roseville, MN. This role is focused on providing excellent customer support through inbound calls, troubleshooting product issues, and scheduling service appointments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from clients seeking service for company products.
• Troubleshoot issues and schedule service technician visits.
• Log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
• Perform data entry and basic invoicing using Excel.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
