Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview

We are a small group of scientists, engineers, and programmers shifting the paradigm in permanent magnet electric motor design. Our patented, patent-pending, and continuously growing technology allows us to vary the flux flowing from the rotor magnets and change the resistance and ampacity of the stator coils while the motor or generator is running, thereby widening the power and efficiency ranges of our electric motors and generators. We value each employee's ability to think outside the box and wear many hats.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, testing, and optimization of power electronic systems for electric motors and generators.
• Design, simulate, and lay out PCBs for high-power electronic applications; participate in population and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance motor control and magnetics technologies.
