Staff Operations Manager
Onsemi is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Staff Operations Manager. This role is critical in supporting business unit operations through strategic planning, capacity alignment, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in semiconductor supply chains, distribution models, and operational analytics, with a passion for driving efficiency and scalability across global teams.
Performance Objectives
Strategic Business Planning
- Partner with business unit leaders to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with market trends and corporate objectives.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including scenario modeling and performance tracking.
Capacity & Supply Chain Alignment
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure capacity plans meet business needs.Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support customer demand and revenue goals.Inventory Strategy & Projection
Develop and maintain inventory strategies that balance customer service levels, working capital, and supply chain efficiency.Provide inventory projections based on demand signals, production plans, and market dynamics.Monitor inventory health across product lines and recommend actions to optimize turns and reduce excess / obsolete stock.Operational Excellence
Drive process improvements across planning, execution, and reporting functions.Develop and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure alignment on business priorities and execution plans.Support product lifecycle management, including new product introductions and transitions.
