Paralegal- North Scottsdale!

Vaco Phoenix is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Paralegal in their Scottsdale AZ office! The Paralegal will be responsbile for data room management, data compilation, and project management. This person will be working in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficient documentation and project flow. This is a contract to hire position that is fully onsite and paying up to $35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize physical and electronic data rooms.

Ensure documents are current, accessible, and handled per confidentiality guidelines.

Fulfill document retrieval requests in a secure and timely manner.

Collect, analyze, and compile legal data from multiple sources.

Support the creation of legal documents, reports, and exhibits.

Verify data accuracy and consistency for legal matters and projects.

Develop and manage an efficient legal filing system.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and organization.

Track and meet deadlines for document submissions and filings.

Liaison to External Legal Resources

Serve as point of contact for outside counsel and legal vendors.

Research and gather information from external legal databases and publications.

Stay informed on legal trends and best practices to support internal legal strategies.

Assist in planning and executing legal projects to ensure deadlines and goals are met.

Coordinate with attorneys and staff to align project efforts.

Monitor project status and communicate updates to stakeholders. Required :

Associate’s degree in paralegal studies

3+ years in active / recent paralegal roles
