Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements :

  • 13 years warehouse or logistics experience (3pl experience preferred).
  • Leadership skills; able to guide and support a small team.
  • Basic computer skills; comfortable with warehouse systems.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift / reach truck experience a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support warehouse associates in daily inbound and outbound tasks.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Track shipments and resolve operational issues with inventory or carriers.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Communicate updates to supervisors and coordinate with other teams.
  • The lead will train associates, assist the management team and follow corporate and site-specific good manufacturing practices and report noncompliance when observed and other duties as assigned. In addition, the lead will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Schedule : Monday to Friday (OT as needed)

    Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00PM

    Pay Rate : $21.50 per hour
