Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Corporate Office in Hanover, PA.
The CRM Coordinator will serve as the system owner for HubSpot, ensuring the platform runs smoothly, data remains clean and accurate, and all users are trained and supported. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, organized multitasker, and tech-savvy problem-solver who enjoys helping others succeed.
Key responsibilities include :
Maintaining and monitoring HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting
Assigning all inbound leads promptly and accurately within HubSpot
Conducting weekly team check-ins to review CRM usage and reinforce best practices
Developing and delivering onboarding and refresher training for all CRM users
Acting as the first point of contact for HubSpot troubleshooting and process clarification
Enforcing CRM standards across departments and escalating non-compliance when needed
Identifying opportunities for improvement and working with leadership to enhance adoption and efficiency
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Experience delivering user training or supporting cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software tools
A proactive mindset and passion for helping teams work more effectively
