Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leadership opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on a 13+ week contract to hire basis. This role is essential in ensuring that pharmacy operations comply with all federal, state, and local regulations while delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily pharmacy functions such as prescription dispensing, medication counseling, and maintaining accurate records of all pharmacy transactions. The Pharmacist in Charge will be instrumental in developing and implementing policies to ensure efficient and safe pharmacy operations. Supporting and guiding pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to promote a positive work environment and high-quality service is a critical aspect of this position. You will also manage inventory levels, collaborate with healthcare providers and insurers, address customer inquiries, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Regular audits, inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace are integral to this role.

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday, primarily day shifts
• Evening coverage as needed
• Weekends as needed
