In This Role, You Will :
Lead and mentor the Quality and Regulatory teams while fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvementOversee all QA programs, including SQF, USDA, HACCP, and internal quality systemsManage audits, customer complaints, product holds, and corrective actionsDrive process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaborationSupport new product development and staff development through training and coachingThe Ideal Candidate Will Bring :
A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline7+ years of experience in food manufacturing or packaging, with at least 5 years in a senior QA / QC leadership capacityDemonstrated experience working in USDA-regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of SQF systems, HACCP principles, and regulatory compliancePCQI certification preferredA proactive, collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skillsA stable work history and a commitment to quality and food safety excellenceResidency within 45 minutes of DePere, WI
