In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients and prospects through complex solutions and ensuring successful adoption of enterprise platforms. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver custom Proof of Concepts, technical presentations, and migration strategies. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, system implementation, and strategic outcomes. This position combines technical depth, business acumen, and consultative engagement, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative environment focused on transformative healthcare data solutions. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping client strategies, addressing technical challenges, and supporting long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
Accountabilities :
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for clients, assessing complex technical requirements and identifying solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical presentations, and architectural documentation.
- Support data migration and integration projects while aligning with client business objectives and cultural transformation goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client solicitations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the platform, market trends, customer environments, and competitive landscape.
- Act as a liaison between clients, product teams, and service engineering teams to ensure client needs are addressed.
- Identify potential challenges, risks, and future opportunities while providing actionable recommendations.
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in technical sales, client consulting, or solutions architecture, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.Strong experience in system design, architecture, and delivering complex technology-based solutions at scale.Professional software development experience and familiarity with modern programming tools, microservices, and scalable enterprise systems.Knowledge of FHIR standards, HL7, or other healthcare data standards is preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead projects from requirements scoping through deployment and post-launch support.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to all organizational levels, including executives.Experience with CSPs, CI / CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, and IaaS scripting.Strong collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving skills to enhance team effectiveness.Benefits
