Location : Fredericksburg, VA

Job Type : Contract to Hire

Join a hands-on role where you'll support electrical installations and learn valuable trade skills :

Safely run underground conduit

Assemble PVC piping to spec

Build and install aluminum racks

Operate portable saws and other tools for construction tasks

We're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals with :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Basic electrical knowledge : conduit work, wire pulling, wiring

Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans

Good dexterity and mechanical aptitude

Solid attendance and a strong work ethic

English communication skills (minimum 50% proficiency)

Bonus : Any additional electrical experience is a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr.
