Recruitment Specialist | Business Services for Law Firms | Transactional Risk Insurance — Corporate Attorney (4–6 Years) at a leading international law firm, Chicago Office.

IDEX Consulting are representing a leading international law firm with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, business-focused legal solutions to global clients. Their Chicago office continues to expand its highly regarded Corporate practice, offering outstanding opportunities for ambitious attorneys to develop their careers.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Corporate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, including :

  • Mergers and acquisitions (public and private)
  • Private equity and venture capital investments
  • Joint ventures and strategic alliances
  • General corporate governance and advisory work

Key Requirements

  • 4–6 years’ experience in corporate law at a leading national or international firm
  • Strong background in M&A, private equity, and / or securities work
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work collaboratively in cross-border teams
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school; admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligible to waive in)
