Director of Payer Revenue Management

A company is looking for a Director, Payer Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Patient Billing, Collections, Customer Services, Refunds / Credit Balance, and Payment Posting

Provide leadership in the revenue cycle to meet key metrics for A / R performance

Collaborate with Revenue Cycle peers to achieve strategic goals and improve communication

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of education

7 years of prior Payer Management / Patient Finance experience

5 years of management experience

Preferred experience in Accounts Receivable and large health systems
