Responsibilities
Bind and issue new and renewal business policies.
Create Master Certificate and Evidence of Property Templates.
Market upcoming renewals to ensure clients receive optimal coverage and competitive premiums, utilizing online quoting as necessary.
Prepare proposals for clients.
Draft premium finance agreements upon client request.
Ensure timely renewal of all policies.
Gather all required documentation for insurance carriers.
Process client requests via email, mail, and phone.
Access and retrieve policy, billing, and account information through various carrier portals.
Mentor Associate Managers and delegate tasks when appropriate.
Proactively review account limits and recommend additional coverage as needed.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Desired
3 or more years of Account Management experience is desired
Maintain a Property / Casualty Agents License
Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and their design.
Adaptable to various computer programs and agency procedures.
Applied EPIC and CSR24 experience is a plus.
