To help us keep growing, we're looking for a driven Partnerships Associate to help power our growth as the world’s #1 complete nutrition brand. You’ll work across podcasts, YouTube creators, influencers, and brand partners to help bring Huel to new audiences. You’ll learn how to build partnerships, manage media buying, and streamline systems to fuel our growth. Here at Huel no day is the same, but here is an insight into your day to day…
- You will be supporting and leading the end-to-end podcast, influencer and partnerships process including sourcing, negotiations, contracting, admin support and reporting.
- Tracking and data analysis - utilise data to help you make decisions, optimise budgets and identify opportunities to help us scale and grow our influencer and podcast programs. Testing and reporting will be key responsibilities to help build our channels effectively.
- Working with partners - build strong relationships with agencies, networks and influencers, find the best people and partners to work with and build strong long-term relationships.
- Supporting the wider influencer and partnerships teams to drive performance growth and brand presence.
- Supporting new product launches with bespoke influencer gifting and reporting.
- Supporting wider team on increasing gifting roster in main markets to support brand awareness and brand exposure.
What we're looking for
The role is best suited to someone with around 1-2 years of experience working in podcast, YouTube, influencer and / or marketing in the US market with a brand or agency background.

We use and have used tools like Podscribe, Magellan AI, Upfluence, Aspire, Social Snowball, Archive, Superfiliate, LoudCrowd.What we offer
