Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Deliver personalized instruction and small group lessons aligned with individual IEPs

Adapt and modify curriculum to meet diverse student learning needs

Track student progress and update IEP documentation accordingly

Collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, and other service providers

Participate in virtual IEP meetings ensuring all state and district compliance requirements are met

Utilize online platforms to engage students and foster meaningful learning experiences

What Were Looking For :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

Valid Wisconsin teaching license or eligibility to obtain one

Proven experience supporting K12 students with mild to moderate special education needs

Comfort with technology and virtual teaching platforms

Ability to pass a basic technology screening

Contractors must have their own professional liability insurance

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience delivering virtual instruction

Familiarity with Wisconsin special education regulations and documentation practices

Additional certifications or endorsements (e.g., LD, EBD, ASD) a plus
