Litigation Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Pay : $200,000 - $315,000 per year

Note : This position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in-office at either our clients Wilmington, DE or Dallas, TX office.

Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation and be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Job Description

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters, including chancery litigation
• Draft motions, briefs, and other complex pleadings for state and federal courts
• Manage discovery, depositions, and case strategy development
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear recommendations
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
