Maron Marvel Bradley Anderson & Tardy, LLC has an immediate opening for an associate attorney to join its Dallas office. We are seeking a civil litigator with 3+years' experience for our general liability & casualty defense practice group.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Initiative-taking case management from start to finish in both state and federal courts
• Drafting of pleadings, written discovery, and motions
• Frequent client communication
• Comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations
• Expert witness coordination and collaboration
• Deposition, court hearing, and mediation attendance
• Trial preparation and attendance
