Staff Accountant

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Support month-end close : journal entries, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate international shipping : create packing slips and invoices, and communicate with international customers via email

    • What We're Looking For

  • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of general accounting experience , including AP / AR and month-end close
  • Experience with Siteline is a strong plus
  • Background in manufacturing accounting preferred
