Service Advisor / Dispatcher - $18-$24 / hr + Full Benefits Location : Mine Hill, NJ Company : Nationwide Truck Repair Center, Inc. We're currently seeking a Service Advisor / Dispatcher to join our dedicated team. Pay & Schedule Pay : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule : Monday-Friday + Saturday What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with service requests Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on skills, availability, and job needs Maintain clear, ongoing communication with both customers and techs Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure timely completion Create invoices and collect payments Accurately document all customer interactions in the system What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or service writing preferred Basic knowledge of diesel / automotive repairs (brakes, engine, maintenance) is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Team player with a self-starter attitude Experience in a shop environment is helpful but not required Benefits - 100% Employer-Paid : Health insurance (for the employee) Dental, vision, and life insurance (for the employee) 401(k) with employer match Paid time off : Vacation, sick days, and holidays Overtime pay @ 1.5x Employee discounts Performance-based bonuses Ready to Apply?
