The position of the Service Writer is an essential part of the operation of Green Village Garage. This is the main estimator and contact point for explaining customer’s vehicle needs. This position is considered a customer service position because of the interaction with the customer. The goal is to ensure that the clients are happy with the service provided and to meet or exceed the customer’s service expectations.
