Job Summary :

TRC Talent is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team in Cartersville. The FQC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all final assembly products meet high-quality standards before they are delivered to our customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to perform visual inspections, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct visual inspections to verify product compliance with established quality standards.
• Identify and reject products that do not meet quality specifications.
• Monitor production lines to ensure productivity and quality goals are consistently met.
• Accurately document inspection results, contributing to final product grading.
• Report any quality issues that require escalation to the Quality Technician or line supervisor.
• Ensure the production of high-quality products with minimal defects.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings as necessary, escalating deviations to the appropriate team.
• Support fellow operators during breaks and provide coverage for other work areas when needed.
• Adhere strictly to standardized work procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
