Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist (Onsite – Full Time)

Location : [Insert City, CA]

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 00 PM (occasional Saturdays during peak season)

Our client, a well-known consumer goods company, is looking for a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to join their close-knit operations team. This is a great opportunity to work hands-on with both office and warehouse teams, helping keep orders flowing smoothly during their busiest season.

What You’ll Do :

Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Provide customer support and manage order inquiries via ticketing system

Track shipments and order statuses; communicate updates to customers and internal teams

Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Maintain freight rate data and order tracking in Google Sheets and Excel

Support order processing through ShipStation and SAGE (ERP system)

What We’re Looking For :

At least 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service, or e-commerce order fulfillment

Background in the consumer goods industry preferred

Comfortable working in-office and stepping into the warehouse as needed

Strong communicator who’s not afraid to speak up and ask questions

Tech-minded with excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs

Experience with freight rates a plus
