Enterprise Operations Manager
Join our leadership team as an Enterprise Operations Manager, where youll oversee enterprise operations, service delivery, and strategic initiatives in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. Youll lead a high-performing team, align operations with business objectives, and drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role requires a proactive leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for optimizing engineering and information technology processes. As an Enterprise Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the operational framework, ensuring seamless integration of processes, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Ideal Skills and Experience :
- Proven experience managing operations teams in engineering or manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
- Deep knowledge of enterprise operations practices, particularly within the defense sector
- Expertise in operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and continuous improvement principles
- Strong experience managing operational projects and initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Experience with budget management and financial acumen
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach

This is an on-site position at our GDMS San Antonio location.
Salary Note : This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range : USD $160,331.00 - USD $173,000.00 / Yr.
