A company is looking for a Shared Services Manager to join their Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage shared service team members, providing coaching and development
Establish and refine operating models, SOPs, and workflows in collaboration with the Client Success organization
Act as the escalation point for urgent client issues and drive process innovation to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in people leadership and building processes
Familiarity with California and East Coast benefits markets for both large and small groups
Expertise in benefits administration, renewals, enrollments, and eligibility management
Comfort with financial analysis and tools like Excel and reporting dashboards
Proven ability to create scalable workflows and enable cross-team collaboration
